The Progressive Surface Process Reporting & Integrated Monitoring System (PRIMS) for Windows® provides engineers and operators with the most advanced and flexible process controller available, enabling closed loop process control, monitoring, and data-logging of all key parameters. The powerful PRIMS computer system and specially designed process monitoring software make it ideal for production, overhaul and repair, or research and development applications.
The PRIMS system is designed for both operators and process engineers. Each PRIMS system is specifically configured for each process application including shot peening, abrasive grit blasting or high pressure water jet stripping. Extensive context sensitive help and intuitive Windows-based controls makes using the PRIMS process control system very easy.
Trend graphs and data loggers provide the process engineer with the tools to perform design of experiments or SPC evaluation. Configurable dataloggers record specified variables every second the machine is "in-cycle". The PRIMS system monitors the key process parameters and other machine functions.
