Automated Turbine Blade Tip System
	This automated turbine blade tip system required the integration of 4 cells which used 6 Fanuc robots to perform various operations necessary in the application of an alloy grit to the tips of turbine blades used with an abradable seal system on turbine aircraft engines. The turbine blade tip system automatically cleaned and prepped blades for coating, applied grit to each blade tip and used computer vision systems to inspect for proper grit geometry, transported turbine blades to a furnace operation, and provided final vision inspection with part marking.
