Continuous Rotary abrasive grit blasting table
	This Continuous Rotary abrasive grit blasting system is designed to automatically sandblast a wide variety of small components up to 4" (100mm) wide, 4" (100mm) tall and 10" (255mm) long using the integral urethane nesting baskets which eliminates the need for complex tooling. This extremely flexible machine is used for cleaning airfoils or removing RTV from blade roots as well as a range of other surface preparation applications. The grit blasting table can also be configured with special table-top fixtures to suit the specific process needs.

	Standard Suction delivery system provides 14 sandblasting nozzles for abrasive blasting of complex part geometries. Simple grit blasting nozzle selection, variable table and oscillation speed, and adjustable blast and blowoff pressures provide easy process control. Optional Automatic abrasive blasting media adder for continuous grit blasting without interruption to add blast media.
