Large 5-axis CNC coating removal abrasive grit blast system

This coating removal grit blast system was designed to clean large sections of solid rocket motors. A 4-axis CNC controlled gantry robot provides full range of motion for a large direct pressure grit blast nozzle. The gantry is specifically designed for the extremely harsh environment of sandblasting, and demonstrates our expertise as one of over 150 robots operating trouble-free in the field.

Very large abrasive grit blasting cabinet capable of blasting parts up to 130" in diameter up to 80" tall and 20,000 lbs. System interfaced with a manual guided vehicle and rotary table. This system is capable of primer and paint removal at 680 inē per minute.
