Helicopter Rotor Hub Etch abrasive blasting cabinet

This is a "refrigerator" style sandblast cabinet, 60" wide x 60" deep x 100" tall with a large swing door on the front. The machine has a horizontal gun mover and 6 direct pressure nozzles for abrasive grit blasting propeller hubs which are rotated on the "tube drive" spindle mounted in the center of the machine. The fundamental objectives of this design are to provide an ergonomic work envelope, quiet operating level, and clean surroundings and ease of operation.

 
Standard

There is a flip-open work door on the roof for part loading with an overhead hoist. A manual grit blast station is provided on the front door to enable touch-up blasting.

Optional

The programmable positioning gun mover is monitored by a display which shows the gun mover's speed or its position. Operators can easily change stroke length by entering new display end points without making any mechanical adjustments.
