Band saw blade etch abrasive grit blast cabinet
	With this unique abrasive grit blast system, band saw blades are introduced into one side of the sandblasting cabinet. Guide wheels contain the blade as it is pulled through the cabinet by drive rolls on the exit end. Four banks of grit blast nozzles are positioned for proper height to assure the entire blade is covered. Blow-off nozzles near the cabinet exit clean the blades of excess blasting media.

	The system uses 16 suction guns with an elevated storage hopper for gravity assisted abrasive grit media flow, which reduces compressed air consumption. This provides a more aggressive grit blast pattern at reduced operating costs than a typical "simple suction" system. Guns are on a manually adjustable mount to allow for quick changeover between blade styles.
