RWJ4000G – 40" (1m) Diameter Ultra High Pressure Water Jet Stripping System
	This ultra-high pressure water jet cleaning system is designed to remove coatings from aircraft engine components (e.g. combustors and cases) up to 40" diameter and 36" tall. It offers 5-axes of CNC-controlled coordinated waterjet cleaning motion. The water jet stripping system can be supplied with a water intensifier pump manufactured by Jet Edge or Flow International in a variety of horsepower ranges.

	Standard Incredible return on investment by eliminating expensive and time-consuming chemical processes. High speed, ultra high pressure water jet coating removal without substrate damage. Computer controlled motion programs for water jet stripping process repeatability. Gantry style nozzle manipulator enables small machine footprint and excellent access in cylindrical parts. Optional A cabinet mounted swing hoist can be added to service the part load area. PRIMS operator interface software streamlines part programming and reduces operator errors. Closed-loop water filtration system offers minimal waste generation.
