Plasma Spray System for Fan Disk Coatings
	Dedicated automation for applying Cu-Ni-In plasma sprayed coatings to fan disk slots for anti-gall protection. The vertical manipulator translates the plasma torch and also rotates the torch head. It can be positioned for plasma coating both straight and angled slots. An indexing turntable provides accurate positioning of the slot.
