Part manager
The CITS Pro® part manager allows the operator to locate and select which part to process. A flexible search mechanism is provided for searching through large quantities of parts. Part queuing allows parts to be entered and set up prior to processing or while existing parts are processing.
The active part screen displays the current work cell, including properties, process options, and cycle time status; and identifies the interactive components found on the setup screen.
Multiple optional motion control or surface process functions may be defined for each part. This feature is particularly useful in maintenance operations where only certain portions of the part may need to be processed. The operator simply toggles the desired function on or off. This data is then passed to the robot controller, which runs only those selected functions or surfaces.
