Track run time, cycles, or days for every system component, using CITS Pro®. The CITS Pro® preventive maintenance function can sort items based on next item required, and includes a flexible maintenance log for noting when an individual maintenance item is reset.
Scheduler
CITS Pro® tracks the elapsed hours, cycles, or days on for up to 100 items, tying each item to a unique on-bit. The system monitors these bits each second, and tracks the hours, cycles, or days the bits are on. This allows maintenance to be recorded for each unique item based on usage, rather than simply hours between maintenance.
Historian
Every time maintenance is performed, the CITS Pro® system records the time and date, as well as the name and ID number of the person doing the work.
Advisor
Help is available at the push of a button for each maintenance item. Procedures and checklists help get the work done. Information can be printed to use as a guide when performing a maintenance or inspection task.
