Reporting
CITS Pro® continuously records specified process parameters, providing critical documentation of the quality and repeatability of thermal spray processes.
Customized reports are automatically generated and can be edited as desired. CITS Pro® reports include:
- Lists of all system events, including who logged in or out and when
- Process summary reports for all key parameters (i.e. set point, minimum, maximum, and average values) and any alarms occurring that cycle
- Alarm logs that show alarms and shutdowns generated each day
- Printout of process recipes
- Part log reports showing all parts processed for a given time period
- Strip chart records showing second-by-second process data
Data can be sorted by date, part number, serial number, program number or many other parameters logged each cycle. Reports and graphs can be exported into a wide variety of formats including PDF, Excel, Word, RTF, and others.
