Progressive Surface's Saturation Curve Solver software for shot peening provides user-friendly data entry.
The Intensity screen allows process entry and selection from a list of processes. A process can be uniquely identified based on several parameters shown in a grid. Details of each process setup are displayed in the Process Description tab. There are 50 strip locations available for each part stored and up to 5 data sets may be averaged together at each strip location. The part and process data may then be stored for later use. Old or incorrect data may be deleted from the system.
