Baseline robotic nozzle manipulation with a compact footprint and integral reclaim

Built to peen batches of small parts robotically, the cabinet-mounted jib hoist and large work door enable easy loading of fixtured parts. The operator interface utilizes an Allen-Bradley color PanelView Plus display, making it easy for operators without robotics training to recall programs easily.

  • Parts up to 30 inches in diameter and 30 inches tall
  • FANUC LR Mate 200iD/7L robot with IP67 rating and R-30i Controller
  • Media classifier access platform for ease of periodic maintenance
  • Closed-loop air pressure control
  • The control system continuously monitors for machine faults
