What This Is

Progressive Surface, Inc. operates an internal SMS program that sends critical operational alerts to a small group of its own employees who are on operational on-call duty. When a high-priority event is detected by our internal monitoring systems, enrolled employees receive a text message so they can respond to time-sensitive operational, IT, or equipment incidents.

This program is for Progressive Surface employees only. It is not a consumer or marketing service, and numbers are never collected from the public or shared with third parties.

How Employees Opt-In

Enrollment is voluntary and internal. An employee opts in by providing their mobile number to PSI IT and agreeing to receive operational SMS alerts as part of their role. Consent is recorded internally by PSI IT.

Message Frequency

Messages are sent only when a critical event occurs (event-driven), so frequency varies — typically a few messages per week, with occasional bursts during an active incident.

Opt-Out & Help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact PSI IT directly.
• You may also ask PSI IT to remove your number from the program.
