Very capable, compact, yet easy-to -perate system for peening aerospace parts

Automation and precision doesn’t always mean robotic. This gantry peening machine offers fantastic flexibility and control with the Progressive 4-axis gantry and FANUC CNC. Designed for precision peening of aerospace parts, this system has automatic selection of two different shot sizes, nozzles, deflector lances, and rotary lances. PRIMS Pro® software manages it all with recipe selection, data logging, and network connectivity.

  • Compact cabinet with auto front door minimizes footprint
  • 36” x 48” gantry with A and B axes
  • Indexing turntable with in/out slide allows ease of part loading
  • Many different peening nozzles and lances, including rotary lance drive
