Industrial diesel engine crankshaft oil hole debur abrasive grit blasting system
	This sandblasting system includes a lift & carry load system with one station capable of spinning the crank to remove oils, a transfer shuttle, a cart with arms to load or unload the part, and an unload ramp. Pressure abrasive grit blast nozzles are attached to gun holders which are also the part locating device. After a brief blast cycle, the gun assembly raises off the crank which is then rotated 180 degrees. The sandblast gun assembly lowers to again align the crank, and a second abrasive grit blast cycle begins. The gun assembly raises, and a blowoff cycle cleans the cranks as it is rotated back to the unload position. The doors open, and the loading system removes the completed crank and delivers a new crank.

	Front load auto part locating mechanism is totally removed from the abrasive grit blast cabinet to minimize abrasive wear during the blast cycle.
